Our final expedition on our trip in the Amazon Rainforest was hiking to a mammal clay lick deep in the jungle.

On this hike we went deeper into the rainforest. Our final destination was a section of the jungle with giant Strangler Fig trees.
They were so tall that we could not get the entire tree in one picture. I was really excited because I knew the inside of the tree was hollow and I was hoping that we would be able to go inside the tree.

Our second full day in the Amazon began with a hour hike through the rainforest to an oxbow lake, a 45 minute canoe ride, and a 20 minute hike deeper into the rainforest.
